Be Willing to Fall Apart: Kintsukuroi + Transformation

As a philosophy, kintsukuroi treats breakage and repair as part of the history of an object, rather than something to disguise.  It is similar to the principles of wabi-sabi, or an embracing of the flawed or imperfect.  What if we treated ourselves this way?  What if— instead of beating ourselves up for our mistakes or the times we came apart, we celebrated our undoings and unraveling as part of our beauty? As humans, we are perfectly imperfect after all.

Seek The Truth: What Is, What Is Not. 

As we look for the answers from the outside of ourselves, our life seems to be hard, or meaningless. We start to think we are worthless, not good enough, useless, powerless, and so on. But what the truth is that we have some challenging life experiences, and certain conditions of ourselves but they don’t define who truly we are. We are beyond all of that.
