About Alexandra Ann, the training leader:
A power yoga teacher by day and Yin yoga teacher by night, I'm passionate and curious about all forms of movement in the body, mind and breath. I've been teaching Yin & other modalities of yoga since 2016. I first came to practice Yin after I experienced mental burnout and debilitating anxiety early in 2013. Yin yoga was the only practice that helped me dive deep into the root of my imbalanced life & pick myself back up to live a healthier and happier life.
I joined the #DDYTribe at the beginning of 2018 as a Yin teacher & quickly started pursuing my 300 Hour certification with this #kickassfeelgood yoga studio.
On top of yoga, I'm a Level 1 certified Moon Mother, living in alignment with the cycles of the moon and passionate about energy healing, crystals, tarot and all things food related! Whether you like to challenge your physical body or test your edge mentally, I will give you the freedom to explore the movements in a way best for you while I share philosophy, encouragement and corny jokes along the way.
