Julie Chapman began teaching yoga in June of 2018, after graduating from the 200 hour Teacher Training program at Dancing Dogs Yoga. She has been practiticing yoga for 7 years and started practicing Bikram style but quickly fell in love with power vinyasa flow classes and the Baptiste sequence. She played sports for 15 years and remains an avid runner. Julie is a nurse and loves incorporating the anatomy and physiology of the body throughout her classes. Her classes are filled with joy and fire to offer each student a fun, sweaty way to relieve stress and build strength, all while becoming more in tune with your body. She is also certified to teach Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga so you can take your yoga on the water!
