Alexandra Ann Brigham

Passionate and curious about all forms of movement in the body, mind and breath, my classes are focused on exploring how to safely inspire and create energizing shapes. I encourage you to listen to your breath and body above all else! Whether you like to challenge your physical body or test your edge mentally, I will give you the freedom to explore the movements in a way best for you while I share philosophy, encouragement and corny jokes along the way. In my spare time, I teach and practice meditation, eat a lot of chocolate and find ways to move my body in different cities.
