Mallory Hazen

Mallory (she/her), started taking yoga classes around 10 years ago and fell in love with learning how to create a brave space for her to explore her body through movement and mindfulness practices. She decided that she wanted to share that love and practice while holding space for others to explore, she received her 200-hour teaching certification. Since then she has trained and extensively taught trauma-informed practices with yin and vinyasa styles.

Outside of yoga, Mallory has over 2 decades of experience teaching body movement as a lifelong athlete and dancer. Adding to her plethora of abilities, she has a masters degree in nutrition and is a master certified wellness coach. She can be found outside hiking, paddle-boarding, and existing in nature.
