No prior yoga experience is required—this workshop is designed for anyone who wants to improve their sleep quality with accessible, practical tools that you can easily incorporate into your life.
We often hear that yoga can help with sleep—but not all yoga is designed to support deep, restful sleep. In this 4-week series, you'll explore therapeutic yoga and Ayurvedic practices that target the root causes of insomnia and poor sleep.
Sleep issues can stem from a range of factors, including stress, anxiety, trauma, menopause, and nervous system dysregulation. While some of these causes may be outside of our control, this workshop focuses on what can be changed—through small, meaningful shifts that support your body and mind.
What you'll learn and experience:
Understanding common causes of sleep issues, and how they relate to your own experience
The Ayurvedic view of sleep and how to work with your natural rhythms
Assessment of your nervous system state and tools to regulate it for better sleep
Therapeutic yoga postures and calming breathwork techniques
How food, digestion, and meal timing affect sleep
Simple lifestyle adjustments and bedtime routines that promote deeper rest
Creating a personalized toolkit to support your sleep long after the workshop ends
This series is designed to help you move beyond short-term fixes and build a sustainable, sleep-supportive lifestyle—without adding more pressure or complexity to your day.
About Stefanie
Stefanie Boettle is a certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT), experienced Yoga Educator (E-RYT 500), and movement specialist with 17+ years of teaching experience. She specializes in working with clients navigating chronic stress, insomnia, and fatigue.
Stefanie brings a deeply personal understanding of sleep challenges. After experiencing the effects of poor sleep herself—including mood swings, difficulty focusing, and immune issues—she found lasting relief through the holistic practices that Yoga Therapy offers, including Ayurveda. Today, she helps others discover small, sustainable changes that lead to lasting improvements in sleep and overall well-being.
