SHINE: Candlelit Queer Yoga✨

Bold, flamboyant expressions of self are the foundation of queerness. But who are we when we strip ourselves bare and turn inward?

This class holds space for queer folx (and allies) to remove the mask and honor the light that shines from within.

Expect a slow, unheated vinyasa practice surrounding by beautiful candlelight.

Queer Yogaritas 🍹

Consider this your official Pride month warm up.

Queer Yogaritas is an all-levels vinyasa class for anyone who has ever wanted to flow, shake it, and feel completely at home in their own body — all at the same time.

We're talking high energy flow led by Jasmine, a live DJ spinning the kind of music that makes it physically impossible to not move your hips, and enough good vibes to make your whole body remember what it feels like to just be free. Expect to sweat. Expect to shake it. Expect to feel absolutely electric in your own skin.

Oh and after class? Free margaritas. Because you showed up and you deserve it.

Pranayama for Yoga Teachers
Jun
12
to Jun 13

Pranayama for Yoga Teachers

Pranayama is the part of the practice most teachers were handed in passing — a few rounds of nadi shodhana at the top of class, a kapalabhati when the room felt heavy. The actual system is much bigger than that, and learning it changes what you understand yoga to be.

This certification spans two days. Friday night you take the practice alongside the community in Breathe — a two-hour pranayama experience open to the public. You arrive as a student first. Saturday we open the technical manual.

Friday you experience it. Saturday you learn the system underneath-- and how to teach it.

This is a full-day immersion into the living architecture of breath: the pranic anatomy (nadis, vayus, koshas), the major techniques — nadi shodhana, ujjayi, kapalabhati, bhastrika, sitali, bhramari, viloma — the bandhas as breath companions, the contraindications you actually need to know, and the question of how to bring all of this into a 60-minute class with the depth intact. We'll work in pairs, observe, refine, and practice teaching. By the end of the day, you'll have your own pranayama practice and a framework you can use the next day.

BREATHE: The Magic of Pranayama

You've been breathing your whole life. Most of us never stop to feel it. In Breathe, you will discover the magic and power of pranayama — the ancient yogic practice of working with the breath as life force itself. More than inhale and exhale, pranayama is the art of moving energy through the body, calming the mind, and waking up to what's already alive in you.

We'll learn four techniques together, move through several rounds of sun salutations with the breath leading, and spend time between each practice talking about what just happened in your body and why.

Yin Yoga Teacher Certification

If Yin is calling you, this training is the answer. This certification is for yoga teachers holding a 200-hour certification who want to add Yin to their teaching — with real depth behind it.

It's also for teachers already offering Yin who know they're holding it on instinct rather than knowledge. If you've been teaching Yin but can't explain what fascia is, how compression limits range of motion, or what the Three Tattvas mean — this is the training to fill that in.

Sutra: The Art of Theming Your Yoga Class

Sutra: The Art of Theming Your Teaching is a full-day Sunday module for yoga teachers who want their classes to go somewhere. Not the performance of depth — actual depth, earned through craft. You will spend the day learning how to find a thread, test it, translate it into language that lands without sounding contrived, and hold it across an entire class without overworking it

Myth as a Teaching Tool

Myth as a Teaching Tool is a focused, Saturday-based module for yoga teachers who want to bring depth, lineage, and narrative intelligence into their classes. Not mythology as decoration — a god’s name dropped into a playlist, a story wedged into a warm-up. Mythology as structure. As a way of holding a room, orienting a practice, and teaching from somewhere real.
