Reiki and Restore
Join us for a 90 minute practice with restorative postures and hands-on reiki in the poses. Come experience the relaxation of restorative yoga with the ancient Japanese healing technique of reiki. The class will finish with singing bowls and a guided meditation.

Thai Bodywork Partner Workshop
Inspired by Thai Massage, Thai Bodywork releases tension, increases flexibility, & promotes ease in the body, mind, & spirit. We will do assisted stretches, compression, and pressure point work while either lying on a yoga mat or seated on a bolster. Yoga experience is not necessary, nor is “being flexible”. We are all capable of giving and receiving healing touch, and practicing loving kindness, which is THE most important part of this work.

Anti-Oppressive Wellness Workshop
The Anti-Oppressive Wellness Workshop (AOWW) explores how movement facilitators can integrate Anti-Racist & Anti-Oppressive practices into their wellness offerings.
