Yoked: A Yoga & Community Gathering
Facilitated by Nya Daley– yoga teacher, facilitator, and social worker
Join us for an intentional late afternoon of movement, reflection, and connection as we mark the seasonal shift and explore what it means to be truly yoked—to ourselves, our practice, and each other.
We'll begin with a 60-minute slow flow yoga class, led by Nya Daley, that invites presence, steadiness, and softness. The flow will wind down with restorative postures to support rest and integration.
After practice, you're invited to stay and gather—sip on a mix of boozy and non-boozy beverages, connect with fellow attendees, and (if you feel called) share a brief, TED-style reflection around a central theme. Speaking is optional, listening is welcome.
This gathering is about more than just yoga—it’s about community, story, and making space for deeper connection as we transition into a new season.
Bring a mat, your curiosity, and whatever feels true for you that day. All are welcome.
