    Home Practice

    A life-long yogi, Sam teaches a module in how to build your home practice, and why YOUR practice as a teacher will make or break you after graduation. Sam is currently enrolled in our 300 Hour Program.

    Sanskrit

    Sarah majored in Sanskrit in college and teaches four modules on speaking, understanding and using Sanskrit. From understanding Aum to avoiding cultural appropriation, you’ll learn the real language of yoga. Sarah is currently enrolled in our 300 Hour Program.
