Creative Sequencing: The Sacred Geometry of Teaching Asana

Great sequencing is sacred geometry — the ladder that climbs, the mandala that circles, the path that arrives. It's a craft you can learn, and in this five-hour intensive you'll practice it, take it apart, and walk away able to build classes that feel inevitable, surprising, and alive.

We begin on the mat with a fully sequenced practice, then spend the afternoon dissecting it. You'll master the spatial logic of the mandala — the architecture most teachers find slippery — learn to climb and unclimb a ladder flow with ease, and put it all together in a hands-on peak-pose lab, reverse-engineering a path to an apex pose in real time. You'll leave with a mini-manual of sample sequences, a clear method for each shape, and the confidence to sequence from your own creativity.
