The Critical Self-Study Workshop invites movement facilitators to explore how they can embody anti-racist and anti-oppressive principles through the practice of self-orienting. This workshop challenges participants to critically examine their personal values, social position, unconscious biases, and origin stories, encouraging deep reflection on how these factors shape their teaching and interactions.
