Emotional Body Mapping

Emotional Body Mapping

Where, Why & What to Do with Emotions ‘Stuck’ in Your Body

Do you feel like emotions or energy are trapped in your body, causing tension, pain, or numbness? Have you tried talk therapy but need a deeper mind-body connection?

Emotional Body Mapping Level 1: Exploration of Self

This workshop explores how emotions manifest in the body, creating chronic tension patterns. You’ll learn to map your physical and emotional experiences, gaining insight into self-regulation, self-advocacy, and body awareness.

Through guided exercises—including body mapping, somatic movements, and conscious sharing—you’ll cultivate curiosity and compassion toward your body, fostering safety, clarity, and relief.

Workshop Includes:
● Psychosomatic exploration of body systems (nervous, endocrine, respiratory, etc.)
● Chakra system, fascial trains, and dermatome lines
● Elements of Polyvagal theory, EMDR, and IFS
● Somatic exercises, guided meditation, and journaling
● A supportive community for shared healing

Reconnect with your body, understand its signals, and move forward with greater self-awareness.
