Adrienne Jones is an E-RYT 200 and RYT 300 yoga instructor, specializing in gentle and trauma-informed yoga practices. Her teaching style focuses on creating supportive, accessible spaces where students can reconnect with their bodies, nervous systems, and sense of self through mindful movement and breath.
Passionate about helping others discover what feels good in their bodies, and encourages students to approach yoga with curiosity, compassion, and autonomy rather than perfection.
