Join Maha Taylor, a Psychosomatic Massage Therapist and Somatic Emotional Coach, for a transformative 2-hour workshop designed to help you reconnect with your body and emotions in a deeper, more compassionate way.

Maha’s personal journey of navigating anxiety, GI issues, and challenging relationships led them to explore the profound mind-body connection through somatic experiencing, breathwork, meditation, and emotional coaching.

With extensive knowledge in anatomy, physiology, yoga, and nervous system regulation, Maha has developed an integrative approach that helps people access deeper self-awareness and emotional healing.


What You’ll Experience in This Workshop
You’ll be introduced to practical, somatic self-care techniques that you can take home, allowing you to:

Maha Taylor has been offering psychosomatic trauma-informed body work in the Atlanta area for 15 years. They specialize in helping clients learn to self regulate their nervous system through a deeper understanding of their emotions and physiology.

Maha has lead many workshops, circles, trainings and events within the health and wellness community.
