The Practice Cohort: Core, Legs & Spine

This 4-week series is an invitation to step into your strength and explore the architecture of your body from the inside out. Together we’ll focus on fully engaging the core, awakening the power of the legs, and cultivating mobility and resilience along the spine.

Through guided asana, strengthening drills, and mindful awareness, you’ll learn how to access stability and energy in new ways—building a practice that supports you both on and off the mat.

With the intimacy of a small group (limited to 8), you’ll receive personal guidance and space to refine your alignment, deepen your awareness, and discover a more connected, empowered relationship with your body.

Dates: 4 week series; Tuesdays from 6:30pm-7:45pm starting Feb 3, 2026

The Practice Cohort

Join Jenn Cook for an ongoing set of series to dive deeper into various aspects of your yoga practice - from ritual and mantra tools to strength and flexibility to meditation and breathwork.

The more intimate nature of these gatherings, limited to 10 folks, will help curate your practice and gain greater awareness and insight. These offerings are designed to support a more holistic relationship with your yoga practice—where curiosity is welcomed, questions are encouraged, and your individual needs are honored.
