From Wired to Rested: Yoga Therapy for Better Sleep
Holistic practices to improve your sleep quality
Do you struggle to fall asleep or stay asleep, whether from occasional restlessness or chronic insomnia?
Do you wake between 2 and 4am with a racing mind?
Do you feel exhausted even after 7 to 8 hours of sleep?
Are you relying on sleep medication and seeking a natural alternative?
If this sounds familiar, this workshop is for you.
No prior yoga experience is required. This workshop offers accessible, practical tools you can integrate into daily life to improve sleep quality.
While yoga is often recommended for sleep, not all yoga supports deep, restorative rest. In this 4-week series, you will explore therapeutic yoga and Ayurvedic practices that address the root causes of poor sleep.
Sleep challenges may stem from stress, anxiety, trauma, menopause, or nervous system dysregulation. While not everything is within our control, this workshop focuses on small, meaningful shifts that support the body and calm the mind.
What you will learn and experience:
Common causes of sleep issues and how they relate to your experience
The Ayurvedic approach to sleep and working with your natural rhythms
Assessing and regulating your nervous system for better sleep
Therapeutic yoga postures and calming breathwork
How digestion, food, and meal timing influence sleep
Simple lifestyle and bedtime practices that support deeper rest
Creating a personalized toolkit for ongoing sleep support
This series supports lasting change, helping you move beyond short-term fixes toward a sustainable, sleep-supportive lifestyle.
