This Yin Yoga teacher training is designed to give yoga teachers of any background the necessary practice, tools & knowledge to expand their teaching and to teach a Yin Yoga class.

Yin is a wonderful balance to all forms of vinyasa and haha yoga, and a perfect compliment to a power yoga practice. You will leave this course confident in your knowledge of the fundamentals of yin yoga and able to teach a 60-75 minute yin yoga class.

You will practice and practice teach multiple times throughout the weekend. Please note, there is a digital component to this class, and you will be required to submit a video or teach a live class at DDY for final certification.
