Pranayama is the third limb of yoga, and is a discusses the function and benefits of Pranayama. In this modules, you will learn about the pancha Vayus-- the five winds-- and understand these functions of breath.
You will learn breathing techniques, how to teach them, and when, where and why to focus on breath.
