Join Tiffany Morgan for a transformative six-week yoga series designed for individuals experiencing or curious about menopause or perimenopause.

About Tiffany Morgan:
Tiffany Morgan is a recovering spandex-queen who has the photos to prove her love and passion for all things 80’s aerobics (mall hair anyone?!?). Over her almost three-decade career as a working actor and voice-over artist, she returned again and again to her yoga practice as a place to develop strength, flexibility, and a supportive community.
In 2006, she took her passion for yoga to The White Lotus Foundation in Santa Barbara, CA, and earned her first 200-hour Teacher Training certificate. Adding to that her Core Power Yoga, Yoga Kids, and over 400 hours of Anusara Yoga Teacher Trainings. Creating and co-teaching some of Atlanta’s most memorable and fun series (Yoga for the Stiff Guy, Ha-Ha Hot and Thank Ganesh It’s Friday to name a few) continues to be a high point of her teaching experience thus far.
Here to help each student stay curious about the practice of yoga, discover ways to move their body to create optimal wellness and vibrant living, and ultimately guide students to live the full and gorgeous life we are all meant to be living.
Why PAUSE?
Having gone through menopause with little to no understanding or guidance of what was happening, Tiffany used her most powerful weapon of choice to defend herself from what was obviously trying to kill her that no one had warned her about. That weapon? Curiosity.
Combining years of experience researching all things human with years of teaching, she created The PAUSE workshop and series as a way to be the thing for others that she so desperately needed for herself during the earliest days of perimenopause, the actual day of menopause (yes, menopause itself is actually just a one-day party), and now living a vibrant and healthy post-menopause life.
Join her for this six-week series with an intimate group of others to support and navigate your way through all things peri/meno/post PAUSE.
Unless you’re cool with that ongoing rage feeling, the weight gain, the inability to remember any words, sweating through the night – really sweating through everything, wondering if in fact eating cookies for breakfast and crying after every yoga class are really good ways to cope … yeah, you should join us, it’s just what the doctor would have ordered if our sweet doctors had actually been taught about this phase of life ;-)
