Join Lisa Rolf for a 20 hour restorative yoga teacher training intended to facilitate the art of rest. Learn to teach a restorative yoga class and gain the tools understanding, and concepts needed to hold space, create a safe environment and teach a deep, restorative, relaxing restorative yoga class.
Rooted in stillness, deep rest, and gentle support, restorative yoga invites us to pause, unwind, and cultivate mindful presence.
Together we'll explore
The history and evolution of restorative yoga
The philosophy and science behind rest and the nervous system
Key foundational poses and prop setups
Safe and effective class structure and sequencing
The subtle art of holding space, breathwork, and guided meditation in restorative settings
Through hands-on practice, thoughtful discussion, and a practical teaching assessment, you'll gain the tools and confidence to create safe, nourishing restorative yoga classes for diverse student needs.
