Tiffany Morgan
A native of Oregon and long-time Atlanta resident, Tiffany discovered yoga in the early 2000’s after a detour from a planned skiing trip led her to a yoga class.
With decades of experience in the arts and humanities, Tiffany brings together movement and the study of human culture to help students understand how their bodies and life stories are deeply connected. She teaches that our bodies carry the memory of our experiences—that who we are is shaped not just by what we've lived, but by how we've lived it in our skin, our muscles, and our bones. Expect a light-hearted and joyful class with alignment, strength, flexibility, and balance at the core of what is taught. Curiosity is her ‘North Star’ and a guiding principle of her own practice and her style of teaching.
Tiffany’s training includes: 200-hour RYT from The White Lotus Foundation in Santa Barbara (2006), 200-hour RYT Core Power (2005), 400+ Hours Anusara-Inpsired (2007-ongoing), and Yoga Kids/Grounded Yoga.
