The Practice Cohort: Meditation, Breath, & Malas
Join us for this 4-week series designed to help you build consistency in your practice and find calm amidst the noise of daily life. Together we’ll explore meditation and breathwork, supported by hip and shoulder mobility work to create greater ease in your seat.
You’ll also get to craft your own gemstone mala with moonstone and labradorite to invite protection, intuition, and emotional insight. Using seed beads and 6mm round stone beads on a durable steel wire, each mala becomes both a personal tool for practice and a reminder of your resilience and the beauty available in the world.
This intimate cohort (limited to 8) offers the chance to deepen your practice while weaving meaning and artistry into your daily rituals.
