This 90-minute immersive experience is designed to support deep restoration and nervous system regulation by aligning somatic movement, gentle yoga, breathwork, chakra realignment, and creative expression.

This time is for intention-setting and internal reflection—you’ll be guided through a nourishing journey to reconnect with your body’s wisdom and create space for emotional, mental, and spiritual clarity.

What to Expect:

• Somatic Movement & Yoga: Grounding, intuitive movement to unlock tension and support embodied presence.

• Breathwork: Conscious breathing to regulate the nervous system and invite calm.

• Chakra Meditation: Guided meditation to restore balancing and flow to your chakra system.

• Creative Expression: Time to reflect and express any insights or feelings that came up during the experience, with words or coloring. (color pencils will be provided)
