Back to Basics: Already practicing yoga? Expand your practice by reconnecting with the core elements of yoga in a small group setting.

Series Details:

  • Instructor: Lisa Rolf

  • Duration: 4 weeks. 9/15-10/13.
    Class dates are 9/15, 9/22, 10/6, 10/13

  • Mondays, 7:00pm-8:30pm starting 9/15
    ** NOTE: No Yoga 101 on Monday 9/29. 

  • Group Size: Limited to 6 students for an intimate and focused learning environment

  • Cost: $100 for new students (option to add on 4-week unlimited yoga for $25)
    $75 for existing unlimited members
