If you've ever sensed there’s more to yoga than just the poses—this is where the deeper journey begins.

In this intimate 3-week series, we’ll explore the heart of yoga through storytelling, discussion, breathwork, and meditation. Each session opens a doorway into the ancient philosophy that underpins modern yoga—made accessible, embodied, and real.

You'll learn:

  • The 8 Limbs of Yoga and how they apply to everyday life

  • Yogic ethics (Yamas + Niyamas) as tools for personal growth

  • The myth of the Bhagavad Gita, and how it still speaks to the modern mind

  • Simple practices to calm the nervous system, cultivate presence, and reconnect to purpose

This is a beginner-friendly space for the soul-curious: no experience needed—just an open heart and a desire to go deeper.

Each participant will receive printed handouts, journaling prompts, and guided practices to continue exploring between sessions.
