Give & Receive: Thai Yoga Bodywork for Two

Connect, unwind, and feel incredible — together.

This hands-on Thai Yoga Bodywork workshop is designed to be experienced in pairs. Bring a partner, a friend, a sibling, or someone you simply trust and feel comfortable working with.

Inspired by traditional Thai massage, Thai Yoga Bodywork blends assisted stretching, rhythmic compression, and gentle pressure point work to release tension, increase mobility, and cultivate ease in the body, mind, and nervous system. You’ll alternate between giving and receiving, working on a yoga mat or seated on a bolster.

No yoga experience is required — and flexibility is not necessary. This practice isn’t about performance or technique perfection, but about learning how to offer supportive, intentional touch. Every body is welcome. The heart of this work is presence and care.

Jenn Green will guide you step by step through accessible Thai Bodywork techniques in seated and supine positions, offering clear instruction and thoughtful pacing so both people feel confident and supported. Expect some kneeling or squatting; if that’s a concern, please reach out ahead of time so we can plan accordingly. If you’re pregnant, injured, or have specific needs, let us know in advance — options are available.

Props are provided, though you’re welcome to bring your own pillows, bolsters, or blankets. Dress comfortably in clothing that allows easy movement. Layers are recommended, as you’ll warm up while giving the work and soften while receiving.
