You can expect a balance of yogic education, pose breakdowns, and intentional movement. Whether you're new to yoga or just want to refresh the basics, this series will help you build confidence in your flow.

Duration: 4 weeks
Thursdays, 6:30pm-7:45pm starting Thursday 2/19
Group Size: Limited to 6 students for an intimate and focused learning environment
Cost: $125 for Yoga 101 + 30 days unlimited yoga $75 for existing unlimited members
