    • Practical tips on sequencing a restorative practice for yourself or others.

  • Renew and Restore Class (4:00-5:30 PM):

    • A full 90-minute Restorative Yoga class designed to guide you into deep relaxation.

    • Experience firsthand how to incorporate props and gentle adjustments to release stress and tension.

    • Guided breathwork and mindfulness to support emotional and physical healing.

    • Leave feeling renewed, restored, and deeply rested.
