Myth as a Teaching Tool

Myth as a Teaching Tool is a focused, Saturday-based module for yoga teachers who want to bring depth, lineage, and narrative intelligence into their classes. Not mythology as decoration — a god’s name dropped into a playlist, a story wedged into a warm-up. Mythology as structure. As a way of holding a room, orienting a practice, and teaching from somewhere real.

By the end of this module, you will have a framework for reading myth as pedagogical material, a repertoire of stories you can actually use, and a practice of your own that is more rooted than when you arrived.

Yoga Alliance CEUs.
Prerequisites: 200-hour YTT.
