In "Exploring Stillness," we will delve into the essence of Yin Yoga, a practice known for its emphasis on surrender, mindfulness, and deep exploration of the subtle body. This workshop provides a comprehensive introduction to the practice of Yin Yoga, highlighting its unique benefits and integrating it into your teaching and personal practice.

What You’ll Experience:

Introduction to Yin Yoga: Understand the principles of Yin Yoga, including its focus on passive asanas, long-held postures, and the exploration of connective tissues and energy channels.
