Embodied Activism: A Night of Ritual + Resistance

Embodied Activism: A Night of Ritual + Resistance

A one-night immersion into the energetic anatomy of protest, power, and liberation.
Through breathwork, presence, reflection, and community discussion, we’ll explore how social justice lives in the body — and how the chakra system can guide us through it.

Includes:
• 3-hour live experience
• Chakra-based movement + journaling
• Tea + community dialogue
• Full access to the virtual Chakras + Social Justice 8-week course starting August 6, 2025
• Slack group + lifetime content access

Shelley Carroll is a yoga teacher, writer, and activist who served as the Legal Observer Coordinator for the ACLU of Georgia during the 2020–2021 protest movements. With over a decade of teaching experience and a deep commitment to embodied justice, she’s currently writing a book on social justice and the chakra system, set for release in 2026. Her work bridges the ancient and the urgent — blending energy anatomy, radical self-inquiry, and unapologetic truth-telling in every class, course, and conversation.
