Join us for an amazing vinyasa flow centered around the idea of coming home to yourself. Not the version of you that’s trying to keep up with everything or be what everyone else needs, but the real you underneath all of that. Packed with intentional hip and heart openers, we’ll move in a way that helps you drop out of your head and back into your body. Along the way we’ll explore themes of identity, empowerment, and what it means to fully accept yourself as you are right now.
