Curious to learn more about the diverse array of practices that fall under the label of “mindfulness,” and equip yourself to use them in your daily life? This workshop is ideal for new and existing mindfulness practitioners who want to understand the scientific and philosophical foundations of mindfulness practices, as well as create the time and space to engage in them yourself for greater relaxation, focus, and clarity.
This session will include various mindfulness and meditation practices, breath-work, and some all-levels yoga asana and stretching. 2 CEUs or 300 Hour credit hours are available upon request.
