The solstice marks the peak of light, a time when nature is in full bloom and we’re invited to do the same: expand, reflect, and realign with what brings us vitality.
Join us for Restore & Radiate, a deeply nurturing evening of yin yoga and sound healing designed to help you attune to the essence of this season—activating your inner light, abundance, and mindful presence.
This workshop is an invitation to slow down, tune in, and connect with your emotions in a new way. Our emotions aren’t the enemy—they’re messengers. When we learn how to listen, validate, and respond to what each one is asking for, we begin to build a more peaceful, trusting relationship with ourselves.
In this 2-hour experience, you’ll:
Reframe your understanding of the seven core emotions
Explore gentle movements and somatic touch to help emotions move through the body
Practice nurturing internal dialogue to meet your emotional needs with compassion
We often hear that yoga can help with sleep—but not all yoga is designed to support deep, restful sleep. In this 4-week series, you'll explore therapeutic yoga and Ayurvedic practices that target the root causes of insomnia and poor sleep.
Sleep issues can stem from a range of factors, including stress, anxiety, trauma, menopause, and nervous system dysregulation. While some of these causes may be outside of our control, this workshop focuses on what can be changed—through small, meaningful shifts that support your body and mind.
A one-night immersion into the energetic anatomy of protest, power, and liberation.
Through breathwork, presence, reflection, and community discussion, we’ll explore how social justice lives in the body — and how the chakra system can guide us through it.
