Join Nya and Shelby for a deeply soothing 75-minute Yin and Restorative practice designed to bring your body back into balance. This intimate class will begin with floor-based Yin poses to open up your muscles and connective tissue, followed by a restorative sequence with bolsters, blocks, and blankets for ultimate relaxation. Enjoy the healing power of a sound bath and (optional) supportive touch to calm and reset your nervous system.

The Practice Cohort: Core, Legs & Spine
This 4-week series is an invitation to step into your strength and explore the architecture of your body from the inside out. Together we’ll focus on fully engaging the core, awakening the power of the legs, and cultivating mobility and resilience along the spine.
With the intimacy of a small group (limited to 8), you’ll receive personal guidance and space to refine your alignment, deepen your awareness, and discover a more connected, empowered relationship with your body.
