If Yin is calling you, this training is the answer. This certification is for yoga teachers holding a 200-hour certification who want to add Yin to their teaching — with real depth behind it.
It's also for teachers already offering Yin who know they're holding it on instinct rather than knowledge. If you've been teaching Yin but can't explain what fascia is, how compression limits range of motion, or what the Three Tattvas mean — this is the training to fill that in.

We'll open with warm ceremonial cacao — an ancient heart medicine — and a quiet intention. Then we sink into 90 minutes of deep, supported Yin built entirely around Anahata, your heart center: long, melting backbends, bee-breath that hums you out of your head, and a closing loving-kindness meditation that sends all that open-hearted warmth back out into the world.
